Failed to load image '(Unknown image format)'

Pretty sure the digiKam plugins will not be found, including the image loader 
plugins. They may not have been installed into the Qt plugin search path. We 
have an environment variable "DK_PLUGIN_PATH" to set a path if digiKam was not 
installed system-compliant.
