That's not what I wanted to say. I didn't expect us to come back and have a 
vision. But this is also the important point. It's not that we are there yet, 
and that is what I wanted to say. Therefore we cannot even really write large 
vision documents, we can only try to get the best creative people together 
and to do them weird things. And hopefully we have some things coming out of 
this which are innovative and at the same time implementable.

We still need a statement on the goal of the appeal project soon (and this 
statement is not the vision document).

This is the difficult thing with creative ideas - they cannot be planned ;-)

Ack. The discussions have been very fruitful, at least to me. (But also the 
ones in smaller gatherings ;-)
