Unittests fixed

Hello "everyone", all five millions of you :-)

I have fixed all zanshin unittests, between the series of pending zanshin 
review requests [1], and a fix for akonadi tag notifications:

Despite this, the current plan is to move zanshin to using icaldir directly 
instead of akonadi, to simplify editing (made complicated by the async jobs 
and the server roundtrips, see [2]) and to make an Android version possible.
Syncing to servers will be handled by external tools.
