[WikiToLearn] Material importing Working Group

Hi all,

We have just created a permanent working group for latex/doc importing.

We are adding all the info on http://meta.wikitolearn.org/TeX_Importing.

Please join us with the links in the pages. We will use a phabricator
project and a telegram channel as the new structure of the community
defines.

Do you think we should create a new mailing list for this WG?
