So...

while I am finalizing the sprint logistics, here are a few details for all the
participants.

First off, since many (all?) of you have never been to a KDE sprint, this is a
link to show you what a) you should expect and b) we should expect to produce
at the end of the sprint:

https://dot.kde.org/2012/10/25/kde-pim-october-sprint

Be prepared. ;-)

For the organization I would need you to think about three points that you
will want to see tackled and resolved at the end of the sprint. Please mail
them privately to me before the sprint starts (ideally: before Wednesday). The
level of detail is up to you, but concentrate on the story, not on the task
itself, and allow some level of genericity. This includes you, Yash, if you
are partecipating remotely. ;-)

Yash: In order to schedule well the brainstorming moments, would it suit to
you if we did one, say, 9:30-10:30 CEST (I would really like to do one round
in the opening) and maybe one in our afternoon? When are OK times for you?

A couple of less mundane details for the physical attendees:

Timing: I would start the sprint 9:30 Saturday morning, unless anybody has any
strong objections. If somebody wants to arrive the night before to avoid the
traffic, that should be no problem, and even suggested (I will probably do
this, too). The meeting will run until Monday night, expecting to return home
on Tuesday morning.

Location:
Via 25 Aprile, 6
(Condominio Nagler)
23032 Bormio (SO)

I got the final OK for the house, which is being renovated but all the rooms
(sleeping/working) are fine. There are a few mattresses, but we should either
bring some bedsheets or sleeping bags. It's one/two single beds, and three
doubles.

There will be 3g connectivity, but we pay per GB, so, if possible, pre-
download any material you know you might need.

I think that is all! You all should have my phone number in case of problems.
Get in touch with me (Telegram, phone or email) if you need further
assistance!

I am very happy to see all this coming together! :-)

Bye,
-Riccardo
