[WikiToLearn] Diff-aware bot for latex importation

Hi all,

until now latex renderer creates xml files that can be imported as dumps
into the website. The effect is that already existing pages are completely
overwritten.

I was thinking of creating a bot able to upload pages merging existing
content and able to advise when conflicts occur.

Doing so, updated latex contents could be imported again without touching
online changes.

What do you think?
