Nope, but it seems very interesting. I see two issues:

1) When I say, "other information and data", I referred to trace user
activity (anonymously) and use those data as input for a machine
learning algorithm. This could generate a raccomandation system during
editor annotation process. So, I can't store them into wikibase, I
think no makes sense.
Anyway at this time, wikibase could be a suitable solution.

2) On the other hand, will wikibase client (using Lua + parser
functions if it's possible) fast as a template that rendering the
wikitext?

P.S.: Although Wikibase Repo & Wikibase Client extensions are used by
Wikidata etc, they are still a beta.
