Release 0.6

HI all,

We have to schedule the release of WikiToLearn 0.6.

I know that we are far from completing the feature plan (
http://meta.wikitolearn.org/Feature_Plan/0.6), but after this release we
will switch to a new feature-based git model. We'll speak separately about
that.

The release includes:
-improved OCG
-mathoid support for math rendering. We'll disable mathjax and png math.

I think we could schedule an hangout for tomorrow 17:00 CET.
Things to be fixed are:
1) resize logos on homepage (@rigolo is doing this)
2) Check a critical bug of kernel with docker (@tomaluca95 is thinking
about what to do)
3) Fix absolute references on some images, but this has to be done directly
online.
