PDFCheck on production

Hi all,

I'm happy to announce you that thanks to @crisbal works our new pdfcheck
bot is alive and running.

It is a bot that twice a day will check every page changed on every lang of
w2l and it will report conversion fails on https://telegram.me/wtlpdfcheck
channel.

It's a really useful tool for our editors, so I encourage you to subscribe
to the channel.
This tool could help us also with pdf conversion caching, cause it converts
all pages to pdf and they remains in memory.
