however, seeing how long some bugs exist unattended, it doesn't make the
situation any better (yes, I'm guilty too ...)

I believe this one should be closed, as the crash happened with WebKit, which
is no longer in use, it has been replaced with WebEngine, so any possible fix
is irrelevant in current versions
