Tried it with KDE SC 4.10, 4.11 and 4.13 beta 3, opensuse 12.3 and 13.1 and it
was always the same problem.
Which distribution/version do you use? 
Which facebook-menubar do you have?

I attached a small gif animation to show the effect (kdelibs 4.11.5-480.3).
