When I click on links want to open a new windown, the content in the tab/window
created does not scale even the "zoom to DPI" option is activated. However if I
use the  open url in new window/tab actions in the right click menu everything
works fine. Rekonq works fine in both case.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open http://indico.ihep.ac.cn/conferenceDisplay.py?confId=4068
2. Click "Travel" on the left menu
3.
Actual Results:  
A window/tab pop out with content not scaled

Expected Results:  
The content of the newly created should be scaled if "zoom to DPI" is
activated.
