I was finally able to reproduce this bug. It only happens when caching is
enabled. If caching is disabled, the issue goes away and you are successfully
logged in. The only issue then is why would it work with khtml ? They both
share the same infrastructure and as such you should be able to reporduce the
problem using khtml as well.
