The dialog after you click "Save picture as" doesn't offer a filename (in
general the name of the picture) but it would nice if it would.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Go with the mouse cursor on any picture on any website, press the right mouse
button and choose "Save picture as" or something similar, depending on
language.


Actual Results:  
In the open dialog, no name is offered. 

Expected Results:  
There should be the name of the picture offered. Khtml or any other browser
offer the name of the picture.

Offer the name of the ,to be saved, picture.
