The output i have posted is the result of the execution of :

konqueror webdavs://documents.epfl.ch/users/p/pv/pviceic/www/Angry-PC-User.gif

The execution of 

konqueror https://documents.epfl.ch/users/p/pv/pviceic/www/Angry-PC-User.gif

doesn't generate the If-None-Match header because I have disabled the caching. 

That make me think that when using webdavs, the caching is  still enabled.
