I didn't check, but now I did and I have only one version of each library
installed.

That did it! But just for the first time the page was loaded. So I disabled the
cache completely and now it works! I can very well leave the settings as they
are, but it would be nice to have cache again :)
I'm not sure what to do now, should I open a bug elsewhere?
