If kwebkit ABI was changed then other SOVERSION can be provided.
For example .so.2:
/usr/lib/libkwebkit.so.2 -> libkwebkit.so.0.9.5
If kwebkit ABI will be not changed then no sense to change SOVERSION with
every kwebkitpart update.
It will be hard to maintain kdenetwork, kdebase, konq-plugins if
kwebkit SOVERSION will changed with every kwebkitpart update.
Please fix this before release.
