[WebKit-devel] bugs.kde.org components cleanup

I have reorganized the components structure on bugs.kde.org for the upcoming 
changes:

* webkitkde renamed to kwebkitpart
   * one compenent: general (required): assign all new bugs for the KPart to 
this one.
   * old WebKit KPart comonent is deprecated now (I do not want to change all 
these bugs to the new comonents because of spaming old and resolved bugs...)

* new component in kdelibs: kdewebkit: assing all kdewebkit-lib bugs to it.
