My focus is mainly Konqueror integration and hence support as many of the 
current Konqueror html settings, which are really khtml's settings...

Not sure what feature you are talking about here...

You mean QtWebKit, no ? If so, yes any configurable QtWebKit features must be 
configurable through either QWebSettings or QWebPage::WebActions for us to 
provide any form of configuration...
