[WikiToLearn Editors] Disambiguation page for concurrent courses

I absolutely agree with Sofia, imported and non-imported material should
not be distinguished in my opinion.
I also like the idea of the "reviewed courses" section, but I think that
also a user-based rating criterion should be used.
