I have read just now your responses. First of all, thank you all for these.

@Cristian I just want to say something more than Matteo and Riccardo did.
Our idea is obviously to use the user page as the first editing experience
for a new user, but we also want him/her to create new sections there, as
they will be moved in their respective course at the end of the editing
stage or at the end of the listing of chapters they content; in other
words, the new user will think and write about a new section, write it down
in his/her user page and then it will be moved away. Obviousky all this
process will be followed by a tutor, who helps the new user to become
friendly with the site and the editing.
I hope it would be a little bit more clear now,
