Add -symbolic symlinks for value-decrease/increase

In combination with
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtk/-/merge_requests/7954 this gives
spinboxes in GTK applications the correct "-" icon, instead of the
fallback "X" icon from list-remove.
