breeze-icons 6.15.0 fails to build with OOM on armhf

Bisecting, the offending commit is:
https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/breeze-icons/-/commit/135e59fb4395c1779a52ab113cc70f7baa53fd5d

This seems similar to previous issues where qrc/resourse etc consumes excessive
amount of memory on 32 bit builds.
