The icon appears pixelated. This pixelated icon also shows up in Overview mode
(Win + W).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Go to Telegram settings
2. In the "Advanced" section, enable "Use Qt window frame"
3. Restart Telegram app

breeze-icon-theme: 6.16.0

OBSERVED RESULT
The window title displays a pixelated icon. This pixelated icon also appears in
Overview mode (accessible by default with the "Win + W" shortcut).
