On my main desktop, `sudo dnf downgrade kf6-kiconthemes` fails with this error,
and I'm not entirely sure how to resolve it:

You can try to add to command line:
  --skip-broken to skip uninstallable packages
```

HOWEVER, on a fresh new Fedora KDE VM with nothing else installed, the
downgrade went through and replaced this massive list of packages (to be
attached), but did not actually fix the issue (I see no change in the system
tray icons).
What else can I do to try and debug the issue?
