SUMMARY
The text (including the clock) and icons on the lock screen are displayed in
black instead of white, and the wallpaper image brightens. A similar thing
occurs in the shut down screen, where it might be intentional.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Lock the screen
OBSERVED RESULT
Black text and wallpaper brightening
EXPECTED RESULT
White text and wallpaper darkening
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: Fedora Workstation 42
KDE Plasma Version: 6.4.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.17.0
Qt Version: 6.9.1
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I thought this might've been related to me using Breeze Light, but creating a
fresh Fedora KDE VM and updating to Plasma 6.4 did not cause this bug to occur
even with what seem like the same settings. This bug occurs on my EndeavourOS
desktop as well. The EOS desktop Plasma was originally installed as a 5.x
version a couple of years ago and updated all the way through to 6.4, while the
laptop was originally using Gnome and then I switched directly to Fedora 6.x on
it, which might help explain why the fresh Fedora KDE VM didn't have this
issue?
