SUMMARY
Cannot change SDDM login wallpaper from plasma System Settings.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Settings, Colors & Themes, Login Screen (SDDM), Change Background
2. Load From File, open
3. Apply
4. Logout

OBSERVED RESULT
No change to default login wallpaper

EXPECTED RESULT
New login wallpaper as selected
