No worries. I can still reproduce the issue on plasma 6.3.4 X11, though with a
slightly different set of steps. I guess bug in the original report only
triggered by some of these steps. 

1. Under Settings > Colours & Themes > Global Theme, select Breeze
2. Click Window Decorations and select a set of decorations other than Breeze
3. Under Global Theme again, select Breeze

Then the warning message appears. Seems like selecting Breeze with both
checkboxes enabled, then changing some part of the theme, then trying to apply
the same theme again breaks something.
