Missing dark mode icon for Pixelate in Spectacle

SUMMARY
Spectacle does not have a dark mode icon for Pixelate and Blur in annotation
mode.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Spectacle
2. Take a screenshot
3. Edit/Annotate the screenshot.

OBSERVED RESULT
Light mode icon in dark mode.

EXPECTED RESULT
Icon suited for dark mode i.e. light colored icon instead of dark colored icon.
