STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  set breeze all light theme
2.  set plasma theme to dark
3.  fcitx5 icon and telegram icon color is wrong

OBSERVED RESULT
dark panel with dark icon

EXPECTED RESULT
dark panel with light icon
