I can reproduce this issue on both Arch Linux and Fedora. AppImage version of
qBittorrent doesn't have this problem, but it also doesn't use the custom icons
I've set either and I'm currently creating a status icon for qBittorrent.

As far as I know, this issue is not directly linked to the Breeze theme. A
similar problem also occurred last year.
