Applications Icon 6.1.0

SUMMARY
The "Applications" icon in the start menu is blurry. Ive noticed it since at
least Plasma 6.0.5, but very likely earlier. This problem does not exist on
Kubuntu Plasma 5.27.11, please see attached screenshots to see the difference.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Use Plasma 6. I have noticed it in a couple of youtubers' recent videos on
plasma 6 as well.

OBSERVED RESULT
Icon is blurry.
