Hi Nate,

Scale 175%, Breeze Dark, accent color from color scheme. (If anything else is
relevant, please let me know). And no, I cannot reproduce on a new user, both
with Breeze and Breeze Dark.

If I figure out a clear way to reproduce the issue I will write it down here :)
