Plasma login screen with dark icon

SUMMARY
Some icons on the Plasma login screen are illegible, because they are dark on
dark background. 
These icons are: "Other...", "List Users".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use Breeze Twilight global motive.
2. Use Oxygen icon set.
3. Apply Plasma settings on the Login screen.
4. Log out.

OBSERVED RESULT
Login screen appears with some Oxygen icons (Sleep, Restart, Shut Down) and
some dark Breeze icons.

EXPECTED RESULT
All icons should be legible. Either use Oxygen icons or substitute them with
Breeze (light) variants.
