Web Browser widget does not apply the scale factor upon re-login or reboot. The
% is saved but one needs to check the automatic scaling, Apply, check the
percentage again (in my case, 82%) and hit Apply again for each instance to be
working.

SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add 2 or 3 Web Browser widget instances to your Desktop in one of at least 2
Activities you have.
2. Change the scale percentage to under 100 %  in one of them. Hit Apply.
3. Log out or reboot and re-login.

OBSERVED RESULT

The scale factor percentage is saved but not applied.

EXPECTED RESULT

The scale factor is applied.
