Use NegativeText rather than PositiveText for camera-on indicator dot

Conceptually, we want to communicate to the user that something
potentially noteworthily risky is happening, and this does it.

>From a practical perspective, the negative text color is generally red,
and a red dot commonly communicates "recording right now".
