Black handle on a white icon and a dark background

SUMMARY

See the attached screenshot. In KDE Community chat I've also seen a variant
with a blue handle on an otherwise white icon and dark background.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Disable Wi-Fi;
2. Connect wired network (like share internet via USB from a phone);
3. Unplug the wire.

OBSERVED RESULT
Black handle on a white icon

EXPECTED RESULT
Something legible.
