SUMMARY

Add a new specific icon for network connection via bluetooth. 

It will be mainly use for the network type on the Network applet and KCM. It
currently uses the "network-bluetooth-activated" icon, which is the same used
by the bluetooth applet, leading to confusion between the two.

There is also a "locked" variant of the former that may also apply, but I don't
know enough of its usecase.

I've found there is already https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=409417 on
plasma-nm, but I'm adding this BR specifically as an icon request for easier
bookkeeping.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect to a Bluetooth shared network.

OBSERVED RESULT
The bluetooth applet and the network applet have the same icon

EXPECTED RESULT
A distinct icon for the bluetooth network
