If your goal is to minimize interactions, you can have that in Plasma too if
you disable the logout confirmation screen in System Settings > Startup and
Shutdown > Desktop Session. Then you can shut down in 2 clicks (first to open
Kickoff or Kicker, second click to shut down)

The proposal seems like over-configurability given that the entire logout
confirmation screen itself can be disabled for people who want faster
interaction. Thanks for the idea anyway though!
