File selection dialog behavior

SUMMARY
When using the Breeze theme (icons, colors, plasma style, window decorations
and application style):
    - When clicking a folder icon in the "Places" panel in Dolphin, the icon
turns black.
    - When clicking a folder icon in the main panel of the file selection
dialog / file picker, the icon turns black.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Switch to the breeze theme 
2. Open dolphin
3. Click on a folder icon in the places panel

- OR -

1. Switch to the breeze theme 
2. Open the file selection dialog by attempting to open or save from a KDE
application
3. Click on a folder icon


OBSERVED RESULT
Icon turns black

EXPECTED RESULT
Icon is highlighted like those in the main panel
