How the Dolphin Icon looks on my Latte Dock

SUMMARY
* If I open Dolphin or Discover so they are visible on my Latte Dock, the icons
are all white. 
* I have only observed the problem with these two icons
       - The Discover icon will sometimes look normal until I hover over it -
then it becomes all white 
       - The Dolphin icon will sometimes look all white until I hover over -
then I can see the normal icon. Most of the time it is all white however
* None of the icons are all white in the Application Dashboard
* The Discover icon displayed in the new welcome dialogue is also all white 

I have attached images.

It started after upgrading to 5.27 and is still a problem in 5.27.1

Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE neon 5.27

KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.1
