SUMMARY

Using a specific monitor display configuration in screen shot attachment, the
taskbar does not auto hide. I have a Steam Deck built-in monitor set up below
my Dell monitor, and I configure auto hide for the task manager. The taskbar
does not auto hide but rather flickers on the Dell monitor instead. 
- When I change the Primary display to the Steam Deck built-in screen, with the
same monitor position set up, the task bar shows up on Steam Deck screen, and
functions normally. 
- Moving the built-in display to different location that is not below the Dell
monitor causes the task bar to function normally. 
- Problem only occurs with this particular set up, shown in the screen shot
attachment.

EXPECTED RESULT
Icon-only Task Manager auto hides regardless of whichever monitor is set to
Primary, similar to Windows.
