Have a look at the commits linked by Erik on 2022-05-19. I recall manually
deleting the 'enabled: visible' line when I was still on Kubuntu 20.04. I'm
currently on Kubuntu 22.04 - I assume a fresh installation of Kubuntu 22.04
wouldn't have this issue, but I suppose it's possible the issue may linger for
upgrades from 20.04.
