STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Lock screen or sleep
2. Press space bar to see the login screen & field
3. A "space character" will input as the first character of the password
4. You have to delete the space character before entering password

OBSERVED RESULT


EXPECTED RESULT

Other operating systems (not mentioning any names) allow you to hit space bar
to wake up and then enter your password in without a space character in there
already.
