I also understand the need to focus limited time and resources, but I am
uncertain if this bug is really the same as bug 449857 now that the original
reporter has clarified that a click is needed to regain focus. For Plasma
5.18.8, at least, no click is needed. But it is a regression and a minor
nuisance that mouse movement is needed to give access to the password input
field - although I've kinda got used to it by now, I'd still prefer the
original keyboard input behaviour.

Will continue in the Plasma 5.24 bug report.
