I'm having a dark-on-dark Telegram icon since the update to Plasma 5.24. Both
Wayland and X11 session are affected the same. I'm using Telegram as a flatpak
(from flathub). 

Distro: Kubuntu 21.10 + Kubuntu-Backports-PPA
Frameworks: 5.90.0
