I also tried to optimize these, but when I optimize via Inkscape it creates a
gap between the off-bulb's semi-opaque fill and the bulb outline. I then did
SCOUR to optimise, but it strips out the colours. Note also: Firefox is showing
the icons componenets with different colours, Dolphin correctly shows them all
being the one colour defined by the ColorScheme-Text.
