[Breeze] [Bug 462215] Breeze Night Colour icon isn't ideal

I mentioned earlier that my icons are just black at the moment, is that OK?
Does the system colourize them somehow or do I need to make them a specific
colour?
Plus, neither of my icons are on/off yet, they're just outlines. The two
different ones are just design differences; one with white bit at the bottom,
one without. I think I prefer the one* with the white gap at the bottom - it
looks nice when bigger, and doesn't look bad when small.
*the last scored out one, i did that by accident.
