syse with colorful and monochrome icons

SUMMARY
***
The System Setting sidebar icons are colorful 48px icons, but will be used at
24px size. You can see at the screenshot, that the elements on the icons are to
tiny to see.

>From my point of view there are two options:
1. make 24px icons which are ordinary monochrome icons
2. make 24px colorful icons

Now the icons are not available at 24px size, but will be used so they have to
been added. I suggest monochrome icons, cause they are easier to see and it's
consistent with other breeze icons.

Add 24px icons isn't very difficult. I can offer to do it.
