SUMMARY
Currently it's a picture of a sad face, which IMO is does not clearly represent
the action of reporting a bug. A wire-frame bug might be better, for example a
ladybird, beetle, cockroach, etc.

This is mainly an issue on mobile, where the Report Bug action is often a
floating button with just an icon and no text. Personally if I saw a button
with a sad face I'd have no clue know what effect the button would have.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open NeoChat
2. Click "Configure NeoChat..." in the hamburger menu
3. Click "About NeoChat"
4. Look at the Report Bug icon

OBSERVED RESULT
Sad face

EXPECTED RESULT
Something that actually represents a software bug, e.g. a ladybird, beetle,
cockroach
